Currently, there is an ongoing discussion in the forum related to home oxygen for pediatric patients.  Mike Herndon from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority has recently been in discussion with a DME provider regarding home oxygen supplies for pediatric patients, and although the state has some established guidelines, they are looking to update if need be. He has some questions about setting PA criteria and asks for other states’ experience with these supplies and any advice on criteria to be used.
