hey, great articles about transparency, we particularly like your mention of us, and the article in which that mention sat. I have driven the charge to get Jim to install wikis. So
in theory, your system as described now exists, all we have to do is get people to it.
I hope you will come visit us, i miss geeky folks over there, maybe you can start writing the transparency bill and i can help. (its at the top of my priorities list.)
I do admit its a bit slow getting the folks to realize the power of wikis.
