		<description>Hi Ari, I don't think so.  I believe that office is focused on citizens.  This post is advocating that the White House put as much effort on government participation "with" citizens as they do citizens with government.  The concern of course would be that they are successful in getting citizens to participate in government, but that within government, it is either not well received, or simply cannot be handled well.</description>
